What is Level 1 all about?
Sound Healing Level 1 is the foundation level of the training. It focuses on self-healing, sound awareness, nervous system safety and basic Tibetan singing bowl practice. Before holding space for others, students first learn how to listen, regulate and practise safely for themselves.

What is Level 2 all about?
Sound Healing Level 2 develops your foundation into professional practice. It is not about using more instruments, but about developing better judgement, stronger presence and the ability to hold space responsibly for 1-to-1 sessions and group facilitation.
